ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Heidi Siegal Kogon

After a rewarding 25+ year career in the financial services industry, I chose to leave my corporate job to become a Leadership and Career Coach to fulfill my passion of helping professional women believe in themselves so much that they make their dreams a reality.

What led me to coaching...

From the outside, it always looked like I had it all together: I worked for a well-respected company, had an upward career trajectory, transitioned to different roles and even careers within my company, had a steady stream of accomplishments and glowing reviews from managers.

You couldn’t tell that on the inside I felt like an imposter. Each time I got promoted, I was in fear someone would realize that I wasn’t good enough to be in that role. These feelings left me insecure and emotionally depleted. I kept convincing myself to white-knuckle through each day and hold tight to my coveted role, but those feelings loomed.

The stress led me to engage in a journey of personal development to help build my confidence and overcome Imposter Syndrome. When I started feeling the benefits of the work, I knew I needed to leverage these learnings to help other people. I was able to bring these skills to my company and coach people at different stages of their careers.

I’ve now combined my many years of experience in corporate America leading teams and coaching high performers, with coach training from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) into a coaching program designed to help you get out of your own way so you can make your goals a reality.

I know what it’s like to want to live a more meaningful life, and what it takes to attain it. I did it. Now, let’s chat about how I can help you create yours.
