Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) Coaching

This process is designed to help you break free from overthinking and self-doubt so you can find more ease and confidence in your career and life. As part of this program, you will learn to value and appreciate your sensitivity for the strength that it is.

Here’s what HSP coaching can do for you.

How we work together:

3 Months

  • Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment

  • One 75-minute intake session

  • One 90-minute ELI debrief session

  • Eight 60 -minute sessions (weekly for the first month and bi-weekly for subsequent months)  

  • Coaching sessions will take place via phone or video meetings

  • Coach will be available by email, text and voicemail in between scheduled meetings

   

 

 

Starting at $2,499

6 Months

  • Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) 360 assessment at the beginning of engagement

  • Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) assessment at end of engagement to track progress

  • One 75-minute intake session

  • One 90-minute ELI debrief session

  • Fourteen 60 -minute sessions (weekly for the first month and bi-weekly for subsequent months) 

  • Coaching sessions will take place via phone or video meetings

  • Coach will be available by email, text and voicemail in between scheduled meetings

*The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.

With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform who and how they are. These insights, combined with coaching, often boosts productivity, communication, and morale among employees.

The Energy Leadership Index assessment is given at the start of a coaching relationship and is also offered as a follow up assessment, providing tangible data to show return on investment (ROI.)
