How we work together:
3 Months

One 75-minute intake session
-
Eight 60-minute sessions (meet weekly for the first month and bi-weekly for subsequent months)

Coaching sessions will take place via phone or video meetings
-
Coach will be available by email, text and phone in between scheduled meetings

*The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.
With the awareness and insights gained through the ELI debrief, clients have the opportunity to reshape their attitudes and worldview and transform who and how they are. These insights, combined with coaching, often boosts productivity, communication, and morale among employees.
The Energy Leadership Index assessment is given at the start of a coaching relationship and is also offered as a follow up assessment, providing tangible data to show return on investment (ROI.)
